This home is designed with both relaxation and function in mind, offering a perfect retreat for families, business travelers, or vacationers exploring Reno or Lake Tahoe.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms offer cozy queen beds with plenty of closet space. The fourth room doubles as a home office and includes a twin daybed with a trundle, comfortably sleeping two more guests.

Enjoy the large open living area with a plush sectional and a 72-inch smart TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and seating for both casual meals and shared dinners. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

Step outside to a private, fenced backyard with a pergola and string lights that create a peaceful evening atmosphere. Simply plug in the lights to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars. The home also includes a washer and dryer, garage parking, and easy self-check-in with your own personal code.

Our provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body lotion, and dish soap are crafted with the finest ingredients, including cold-pressed argan oil from Morocco, vitamins, botanicals, and Shea butter. These toxin-free formulations are cruelty-free, vegan, organic and free of paraben, sulfate, phosphate, and gluten, for a luxurious and eco-friendly experience for our guests.

HOUSE RULES:
No parties or large gatherings allowed
No smoking inside the home

Violations of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $500 fine.

Pets are welcome with a paid pet fee (please confirm at booking)

CLEANING:
Bi-monthly mid-stay cleanings are required for extended stays 30 days or more ($150 per cleaning)
