This bright and spacious 82 m² villa offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private sauna, a south-facing enclosed garden, and practical amenities, it is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday close to the coast.Living area: The living room has been decorated with attention to detail and offers a cozy seating area with television and an atmospheric wood-burning stove. Fast and stable Wi-Fi is available, while underfloor heating creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the colder months.Dining area: The dining area is located next to the kitchen and provides a pleasant space to enjoy meals together.Kitchen: The open kitchen is stylish and fully equipped with a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A Senseo coffee machine and kettle are also available for coffee and tea during your stay.Bedrooms: The villa has two comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and direct access to an en-suite bathroom. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per stay.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.

This property may not be rented by groups of individuals under the age of 25.  Families and groups over 25 years old are allowed.

Due to construction work at the park, we are offering an additional discount. There may be limited inconvenience, mainly on working days. This is in the period up to June 2026 and from Sept to May 2027.
