"We arrived after midnight due to our flight arrival time, and was asked to pay 50 on arrival on top of what i had already paid. I had sent an email explaining our flight got us in late & I have 2 small children with me, so 3 of us. No bed was made up for me when we arrived. On arrival only 2 beds where ready for us after traveling since the afternoon we were all exhausted. The man who meet us to give us the keys pulled out a drawer under the sofa for me to sleep on with no bedding or mattress...
