"Wonderful property, staff and grounds were wonderful and top notch. We had the absolute best time at the hotel. Would return to the same hotel if we find ourselves back at Victoria Falls. The gym was also great, and we the animals (impala, zebras, giraffes, and monkeys) were everywhere, so fun to have them so close! "

"A very good hotel, friendly staff, a good location opposite the Arcade Shopping Centre, good large rooms that has what one needs and where everything functions. On the negative side, the rooms are a bit dark, if used to work from and do not have a view of any kind. However both the restaurant and the pool has good and pleasant areas which can be used to work from. The service and the coffee is good."

"My stay at The Royal Sichango Village in Livingstone was absolutely wonderful! After a last-minute cancellation by another host, booking here turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the incredibly friendly staff and allowed an early check-in, which immediately made me feel at home. "From the first second or family arrived Andrew and Jacob s well as the rest of the staff were super friendly and took care of every need. They took our food orders, washed and dried our clothes, offered us drinks, set up the WiFi, and shared knowledge with us about Zambia and South Luangwa National Park. Our rooms and showers were clean and comfortable. Showers had hot water for those who enjoy that. We had a bonus from the local dance group and we enjoyed the traditional dance show. "

"Hi, when i entered at hotel there was no porter to pick my luggage. then when i enter to room i found so much dirtyness and i found it was not like as per Picture Uploaded in expedia.com. Secondly, wifi was not performing okay Thirdly, HOT water is not coming properly and cold water is dirty as coming out from TAP. Fourth, In breakfast is was so bad, smell around the restaurant was too stinky and bad, you can even stand there.UUUFFFFFF totatl experience was BAD and TERRIBLE."
