"The air con could not keep room warm enough at night. Mould in the bathroom, doors would jam, cupboards are falling apart, etc. Barely 2 star accommodation. In major need of upgrades and maintenance."

"Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great."

"Nice property, nice welcome, a little far out of town if you don't have a car, some repairs required to a. front door, b. amenities cabinet, c. Handles to vanity in bathroom rusting, d. TN only had 2 channels - Is this normal for Yass? e. One of the car spaces where ground drops off is difficult to access and alight from the vehicle, f. Room 13 had one of the black seats with a broken back, g. There seemed to be no tea towel, detergent or wash cloth to clean up the dishes. We have stayed there 3...

"Always my stop over if travelling late on my way to or from Sydney. Always helpful to provide key when checking in late. Very cold and the had the heater on to warm the room, really appreciated the electric blanket"

"Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. "

"the motel is an old heritage build with a good atmosphere. the rooms were neat and tidy. the food was really great, but there was no breakfast service, but overall, a great stay. "

"There is a small enclosed yard, but it is not attached to the house. Dog had to be on a lead to get to the yard, which was challenging at night. there are many other dogs on the property and although contained, they barked a lot at night. The space did not feel private as there are many other dwellings on the property. Would suit a small dog ok, but not our dog of working breed."
