"This place was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the water park and all other things to do were always clean and enjoyable. There were always activities for kids to do as well. Overall a great time!!!"

"This is a nice quiet motel in a very small community. The owner went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Offered suggestions for dining, offered to help with luggage, and ensured we were comfortable. The rooms are very dated, but the friendliness and kindness of the owner more than makes up for it! AC was cold, fridge was great to have, and the bed and pillows were absolutely perfect! Keurig coffee in the lobby with fresh creamer was always available, which was a wonderful...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay while visiting the area. The room was very clean and everything was provided. Perfect size for just the two of us. "

"Lovely cottage full of beautiful furnishings and art, adding a warm, cozy, and inspiring atmosphere. Host was so accommodating and made sure every convenience was available. Nearby Letchworth State Park was beautiful, full of scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the Fall!"

"Good stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location-just minutes from Letchworth State Park and a short walk to the lake. Be sure to bring your own towels and bedding, as noted. A special bonus during our visit was the local Shakespeare in the Park performance ("Shake by the Lake"), which added a unique and memorable touch to our trip."

"Very clean, perfect for our two nights. The check in was easy and fast, and when we locked ourselves out, it took minutes for us to get rescued! Thank you again for that!The kitchen was great, loved the easy coffee maker! I only drink tea and used it for hot water, my husband could make coffee in it just as easy. Our hosts were great, left the AC on high for us, and let us check in an hour early. "

"Our stay here was amazing!! The cottage is so cute, and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The cottage has everything you would need, and there were even kayaks to take out on the lake to enjoy. It had a pretty view and a safe neighborhood. It is a good location for going to Niagara or Buffalo as well. "
