"Nice room, the only drawback was no closer to hang anything up"

"I have received 0 assistance from staff or Expedia for my check in issues. We didn’t even stay at the hotel!!!!! Waiting on a response to see if I can even get a refund. Useless staff, didn’t help at all."

"Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains....

"The wifi was down the entire time. TV barely worked. Construction right outside our room. I was in town for a work trip and couldn't use my computer to work during the day."

"Everything was fine until I went to leave the next morning. When I tried to take my shower, there was no water pressure in the shower, and no hot water. So no shower to start my day. I informed them on checkout, and there was another gentleman who also had the same issue. We were given points, which is great, but really doesn't do much to make up for having to go to work away from home without being able to take a shower and clean up for the day. "

This hotel does not accommodate or care for people who have children . "The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels. One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. "Well there was cops on the neighboring abandoned a property also the cops were in the parking lot of the hotel that we are at there was screws in the windows of our room and I could tell others it was a further drive to what our original destination. It seemed like they were doing a stakeout for our hotel at any point in time the hallway floors were not clean neither was our room the room was decent but I would expect any type of a refund because of the inconvenience of where it was rated also...
