"Our stay was extremely disappointing. We found large clumps of black hair scattered throughout the room, and even floating in the hot tub, along with a large piece of skin. The towels were dirty, containing black hairs and a large glob of spit. Everything pointed to a serious lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Morning staff also accommodated my request to check out an hour later due to the weather conditions. We will definitely be visiting again. Breakfast was very delicious. Pool was great for the kids. Didn't get a chance to get in the hot tub due to the capacity of people inside, but I hope to get into it next time. "
