"My wife and I were in town for a family funeral--not exactly the best of conditions. However, the amazingly warm and friendly staff at The Inn at Wise made feel welcome, as if we were members of their own family. The kindness and warmth we were shown from the entire team, especially Laken, the General Manager, was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. "Samme receptionist var en evighed om at opdage at der var gæster, der skulle tjekke ind og ud. Ved udtjekning måtte en anden anden ansat gøre hende opmærksom på, at der var gæster i receptionen, der skulle betjenes. Om eftermiddagen var receptionisten meget optaget af at se tv i opholdsstuen med lyden skruet upassende højt op. Hotellet er ret slidt. Pris og kvalitet er acceptabelt."
