"It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable and clean bathroom was also very clean it had towels and i had a microwave and fridge. Overall i think everything was good"

"mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain too short for the tub causes water to spill out electric outlets in the bathroom not working broken furniture, such as a chair at the desk and the cabinet door a weird odor like marijuana when you first walk into the room, the room is too small for two queen beds. We mentioned this to the office attendant about the broken furniture and no electric electrical and he said he would look into it, but did not."

"Although we booked the Wizard’s Roost, due to unforeseen circumstances, we stayed in the Steampunk room, which was awesome! So creative! There are lots of clever surprises to explore. The whole place was very comfortable, with lots of amenities, especially the full kitchen. My sister can’t wait to tell everyone about this place!"

When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. "Everything was perfect! Had everything I needed in the kitchen. The fireplace in the living room was awesome. Everything was very clean. All the amenities were great! I enjoyed a lot of time sitting down by the lake. It was very relaxing."
