"Spacious and clean accommodation, which provided my wife and me with a home from home. It was also ideally located for accessing the historical sites in Williamsburg and Jamestown. The unit was musty when we entered it the first evening, and it took a couple days to get rid of the smell. Had it not been for the mustiness, I would have given a 5 for overall satisfaction. I would like to receive information on other Hylton Vacation Club resorts. Don"

"Dejlig fin lejlighed meget velholdt "

"Very close to Colonial Williamsburg (walking distance - great for a morning run with a historie backdrop). 1 min to visitor center. Quite a large hotel. Breakfast very basic, e.g. no scrambled eggs. "

"Everything was great!"

"My favorite Williamsburg hotel"

"2 adults and 2 kids traveling for vacation. We had booked a condo with one bed and one pull out couch intended for the kids. When we arrived the pull out couch was not made up and there were no covers or sheets for the kids. We called front desk and bed linens were delivered after which we unpacked and made up the sofa bed ourselves. Not really what we were expecting for a luxury resort. Also a few items missing like no hand soap in the bathroom, and found a lot of long black hairs on the bed,...

"I had a nice stay at The Hilton Greensprings resort. Staff was very helpful. Unit was clean and had everything i needed for cooking. Bedding was very comfortable. Only problem i had was that I was on the 2nd floor and I could hear the people upstairs walking and talking. I will request a 3rd level unit for my next stay."

"Our stay at the Comfort Suites was amazing. It was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!"

"Rigtig fint sted til pengene, og vildt sødt personale. Vi prøvede også baren og havde en rigtig fin oplevelse. Alt i alt et godt ophold. Der var lidt beskidt på badeværelset og aircondition larmede, men ikke noget, man ikke kan leve med"

"Clean, polite staff"

"Coffee pot was unusable. Lobby coffee was from 70’s looking machine that dispensed poorly mixed instant coffee. A/C was locked and temperature NOT adjustable. Had to leave room door open all hours because halls were cooler than room. Towels were a special request at front desk because only 2 towels per room were allowed even with 3 registered adults in room. Houston and Mike were helpful at front desk…others were much less interested. The continental breakfast had rock hard mini muffins, thick...

"This place needs an interior face lift and a staff that cares. There was a boat load of trash under the couch in my room!"

"The online photo is completely misleading. It’s all gravel. We were on the first floor and could hear everything above us. Our room had water stains on ceiling. Vents were painted white but the green walls were never repainted where white got on it. Furniture was very old and marked up. The bathroom was a joke. Two narrow mirrors hung in a corner over a tiny corner sink. Shower was slippery. Bed comfortable but every move springs screeched. Property is a beautiful winery and lovely restaurant."
