"Our company came out for an event to do as a vendor. The hotel was good about letting us check in late & check out late. We even left some of our equipment in the room & they held it for us for an entire week until we could make it back there to get it The location was amazing, right on the beach & by the boardwalk. The offered free breakfast. The waffles were amazing, but the chocolate filled doughnuts were to die for, although I should have had the fruit and yogurt. We were able to get coffee...

"Had an amazing time at this Bed and Breakfast. The owners were fabulous hosts. Very friendly, made us feel welcomed, and was very flexible with our schedule. Enjoyed our talks with the hosts. Wonderful breakfast and lovely Old Home! Would absolutely recommend and stay there in the future. "

"I was in the area for one night for business and had my young granddaughter with me. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Lots of apps available on the TV. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. The continental breakfast was very nicely set and had lots of variety. I plan on coming back NOT for business just so I can enjoy another stay. Highly recommend."

"The property and guest house were beautiful. Stunning view of the water. Perfect location to launch a boat and keep on the dock for a long weekend. Hosts, neighbors, and locals were all so friendly and gave us many suggestions on activities and places to go. Spent most of our time crabbing in the Wicomico river. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to stay again soon!"

"The cottage is an older structure that has been impeccably renovated. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. Colonial Beach is not a glamorous ocean holiday destination. It is a rural community with a basic infrastructure on the Potomac River."

Adam was a great host and communicated everything clearly and responded quickly. The condo was so beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and still smelled new. The cold AC was a blessing during our stay, and we really appreciated the beautiful decor and the cleanliness of the home.
