"Our family of four booked a last-minute weekend trip, and it was such a great time. Steve was a great host and so accommodating. We brought a 21 foot jet boat and a jet ski with us and had no issues getting it in the driveway. The public boat ramp is only about a mile away and was fairly easy. There is a kiosk near the ramp and cost is 5 per day. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. There were many cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags and soaps...

"This brand new barndo lived up to the host descriptions. We moved our annual 4th of July family boating vacation to Lake Cumberland this year. We were not disappointed. The house was new, modern styling, clean, and well appointed. We used the driveway for 2 truck/boat-trailer rigs and one truck/jetski rig plus one extra SUV. The boat launch ramp quality is very good but might be challenging for a "rookie" boater. The ramp parking accommodation is close by and is as convenient as it gets on...
