"9月の日曜日に家族（大人2、3歳1）で宿泊しました。エレベーターやビュッフェなど、混雑の口コミが多かったので心配していましたが大丈夫でした。（エレベーターは、くるまで少し待ちますが乗れなかったことは1度も無かったです。） ただ、ホテルの部屋数は多いので土曜日宿泊やハイシーズンはかなり待つだろうなと思います。 スペイン村から近く、値段も安くて満足です。 ラウンジのちょっとしたオヤツ、お風呂上がりの冷凍みかんやアイスで子供も終始楽しそうでした。 16時頃チェックインしましたが、5分ほどでキーも受け取れてストレス無く楽しめました。"

"最終日に雨が降りましたが、傘を貸していただきました。チェックアウト後、電車の時間まで館内で待たせて頂いたところ、閉めていた部屋を解放してゆっくり過ごせるよう、ご配慮いただきました。 室内のベッドも快適、靴を脱いでスリッパになるゾーン引きも、気持ちの良いものでした。 駅近で動きやすく、また伊勢に来る際には是非、また宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。"

"ok location of the hotel and ok surroundings. however, the room seemed in poor condition due to moisture, which you could also see in the corridors and especially smells in the room. The view was across a very boring large roof surface. We were happy to only have to stay there for 2 nights."

"The staff have been very friendly and helpful both times I’ve stayed, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the location is lovely. It’s better to bring food with you as there is not much to eat around if you don’t have a car, and the taxi to/from Ugata station is about 2000 yen. The pool is a perfect depth for small children. Love the old fashioned bathtub but children and the elderly might need some help getting in and out. We will definitely be coming back!"
