"Location: Great! Close to the Univ of Arkansas, highways and dining. Conveniently located near fast food, Starbucks, and a convenience store and gas station in parking lot for last minute water runs or snack runs. Staff: Friendly, welcoming and helpful! Hotel: Hotel was clean and our suite met our needs for the 3 days we were in Fayetteville however the bed was firm and not comfortable for our backs. "When we arrived at the hotel they said they only had a king bed available instead of two queens. This simply would not work. After holding my ground for about 15 minutes they magically found an available room with two queen beds. They said this frequently happens with 3rd party bookings. "

"The guy that checked us in was rude. The rooms were clean, bed comfy, pillows were tiny and hard. The pull out couch was worn out. Hard to find parking, 2 companies were staying there and their roll-back trucks and utility trucks were too big, took up extra 15-20 parking spaces. They offered a great breakfast. Young lady at check out was very sweet. Our deposit could take up to 5 days to be refunded though "
