"The room was clean and comfortable. The tv remotes were a little odd but no big deal (2 TVs, 3 remotes all worked on both). The pool isn’t advertised for some reason or I didn’t see it. The restaurant prices were absurdly high, we did not eat dinner there because of the high prices. The breakfast was pretty good."

"Very spacious rooms. Even more comfortable bed. Nive big walk-in shower. The only short coming is it's a tad hard to see the entry way since the building is off the street a bit and shares the drive with another hotel. There's a huge shared parking area but it is not completely obvious that it is for both hotels."

"Great!"

"Ask to have room cleaned and it didn't get cleaned."

"**Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Victor!** Victor provided exceptional customer service during our stay at Best Western Ottumwa Inn & Suites. He was incredibly helpful, supportive, and cooperative, and went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference in our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests and does everything possible to make their stay comfortable and...

"Great place will do again"

"Thanks"

"We loved this perfect property. We met and enjoyed this sweet hostess, Mindy. The place was fantastic and we so enjoyed our entire stay. It couldn't have been a more relaxing, clean, and welcoming place. NOTE: We had a lot of difficulty with finding this property. We are from many states away from Southern Iowa and Northern Missouri. Plus, we are senior citizens, so we struggle with new ways to book places to rent and how to communicate with others. Younger renters would not have struggled to...

"It is Horrible that this place was closing forever the next week."

"It was everything we needed for our short getaway! Would stay again if in that area."

"Liked the open floor plan, kitchen/living room. Mostly a clean place, there was left over food in the fridge & the crisper bins were not clean. The toilet seat shifted when anyone sat on it, so very uncomfortable. The full sized bed was not comfortable because sleepers rolled together in the middle "

"Third or fourth time I have stayed at this property; really enjoyed staying here!"

"Beautiful house, very accommodating. We stayed the whole month and never had a problem. "

"Excellent property near my family. I loved having a house near all attractions."

"The apartment was cozy and perfect for our weekend stay. We would definitely book again."

"I did not like the fact that the hotel. What's the across the street from another motel? Where the office was located? The management was distant. The the sink stopper mechanism did not work. We cannot get the tv to turn on. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of blankets , fellows worked as well."

"The cabin was not clean, there was food left in the refrigerator and used coffee grounds left in the coffee machine, the freezer was dirty and the floors were dirty as well, The garbage pail was not clean. The downtown offered no breakfast locations, or restaurants, only a bar across the street. Overall, we will not be staying at this location in the future."
