"The view was phenomenal. I was a little off season so the place was less crowded. Would have loved for the on site kitchen to have been open a little later. The pool bar was a plus. The place itself is a lot older. Needs some upgrades and no closet in my room for hanging up clothes. The staff was super friendly."

"Slidt hotel, men det fungerer og er lige ud til stranden, så man får en del for prisen. Snackbaren er OK til øl, drinks og en burger. Der var ikke åbent for morgenmad, så der måtte vi over vejen ti restaurant. Ligger tæt på Pier'en flere restauranter."

"Sand all over the room, only cleaning every 2nd. Or 3rd. Day. For the amount we pay it os serious not fine. Way to much noice from the a/c. Damp and smelling in the room. Bad service from the reception. "

"Check in was quick and easy with very polite staff. The room was clean, quiet, and quite comfortable. We had a couple of drinks at the bar after dinner and the staff was very pleasant. An overall fantastic experience."

"The beds are so uncomfortable! The pool is not heated so could not swim unfortunately."

"Overall, the resort is a beautiful property. ‘Have vacationed at this resort several times. ‘Stayed in Emerald Tower this time with Westward view; sunsets were beautiful! Room interior was nice but nothing exceptional. Mattress was well past its prime. Dined in the Sandcastles restaurant. Staff attention was fine; Helen was delightful. Breakfasts were somewhat disappointing. Two of the mornings, there were no staff to cook make-to-order items and the wait staff seemed to assume diners...

"Nice place"

"Staying at the flamingo is great. One issue we had reserved a certain room and area and paid for it back in May. When we arrived for our stay they had given our room away because it was bikenweek and they couldn’t save our room. But we paid for it. My issue is to have better training to your new employees who make promises they can’t keep. Everything else’s is great the oools the bar."
