"The unit was clean, well decorated and furnished with everything I needed. Most importantly, is that the host is extremely responsive, and cares for his renters. I had to drive my electrical vehicle to Wallowa to drop off my son at his summer camp, it was not an easy decision because of the concern for insufficient EV charging stations along the way to make it all the way to Wallowa and to have sufficient charge to leave the town (lack of charger in Wallowa). "Very clean, well kept happy house. Very dog friendly. Fenced backyard with lovely well kept lawn. Clean up after Fido so it stays this way! Well stocked and two block walk to town with top shelf views of the Eagle Cap Wilderness and 5-minute drive to Wallowa Lake. A true gem. "

The Cowboy Riverside Retreat was the perfect place to go back and relax after all the crazy of the Fourth of July and the reunion on the 5th. The peace of the woods, the sound of the river and nostalgic decor brought back so many memories! We couldn’t have asked for any better accommodations and plan to return as often as our busy life allows! "

"Great location, within walking distance to everything in downtown Joseph. Fully stocked and comfortable kitchen with room to place your own belongings. Master bedroom is large and comfortable with attached bath. We had a full house and there was plenty of room for movement and hanging out in the evening. "Great location across from the Wallowa lodge. You are essentially in a basement studio apartment. When we stayed the Upstairs neighbors took most the parking and we had to squeeze in, which was annoying. Very small and would be tough to fit more than two adults and one child."

"The paper work from the internet was in error, so between no cell phone reception and no internet and not being able to reach anyone except in town, we had no internet for our stay, however the location, peacefulness and cleanliness was good."

"This is a cute little home with lots of character in a great location—walking distance to all the activities our family was excited about during our stay (horseback riding, mini golf, the tram, lake swimming and more!). Stocked kitchen for easy cooking and grilling, a Roku TV (so we could watch the Olympics!), comfy beds, a quiet road and a nice deck to hang out with the many neighborhood deer. ;) We had a lovely week of summer fun!"

"Thank you so much for sharing this home and allowing 2 dogs on the property. The house was very comfortable and the location was perfect for my nose work competition in Joseph. Being so close to the Wallowa State Park was perfect for an evening walk. We especially enjoyed the utility room area for the dogs. Nice to have a separate area for feeding and cleaning off the dogs after my trial and hiking trails. The house was cool and had plenty of amenities to make our stay feel like a 2nd home....

"I used the condo mostly asa work space in Joseph and it was PERFECT. Nice clean unit, very well supplied, great shower & comfy beds. The AC unit works great to keep it cool. Check in / out process was very smooth & host was fantastic. I would definitely stay again. "

We brought our bikes and rode into town everyday, it was also very close to the launch ramp and some good hiking. We will definitely stay here again. "Came to Enterprise for work and was thrilled to find the convenience of the location. The room was comfortable and being a rodeo fan, loved the theme and all the posters, saddles and paintings. Even the neon rodeo sign above the bed! Todd was easy to reach and so helpful. Will come back for something fun next time! "
