The Host was really lovely, Scorched Almonds for Valentines day :) There is a bit of traffic noise but nothing horrendous. If we need accommodation again close to Kaiapoi, this will be our choice. "

"Would have liked to be supplied with top up tea/coffee etc. Very compact as the name suggested as a tiny home. The grass slop to walk down to the tiny home did not have lighting down it and was dangerous as it was wet. The steps up to the tiny home had a fountain covering half the step, we found this dangerous, and had no lighting to safely nagavate to the tiny home. We had brought a little torch otherwise was could not have got into the tiny home safely. "

"This tiny house was perfect for our short stay on a long trip from Nelson to MT Cook. The beach, just a short walk down the path, was incredible. The house had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep."

"Stayed at the apartment whilst visiting family in Kaiapoi and Christchurch. Great location, spacious and well maintained and communication with the property manager was great. Easy to check in and out of the property which was important due to very early morning flight times."

"A lovely well appointed house. Lots of space to relax in, comfortable beds, lovely log fire, more than sufficient bathrooms. We found it a great place for a group of friends to get together to catch up, watch movies and enjoy great food. Near the beach but some of us also enjoyed the second hand shopping in Rangiora. Very close to Christchurch. So lots to do if you don't just want to relax. A pleasant rural outlook."
