"The room was spacious- had a large kitchen area and a dining area as well as the usual stuff. It was warm and the bed was comfortable. I had trouble getting into the building and for the entire stay I didn't see another person in the building, though I did hear people moving around all hours. The place was older, and therefore the floors and stairs creaked- I felt subconscious every time I had to walk to the fridge or go up/down the stairs. "We loved staying here. It was such a great location in Northbridge, so close to the city and so many awesome cafes and restaurants. It was super convenient being able to cook our own meals as well. "

"The walls were peeling in our bathroom. A dirty towel in our room when we arrived. Faeces on wall by toilet paper in bathroom. A very muddled arrangement with the kitchen. We were told on our info for check in that we could lock the door into the kitchen. Cleaners would use it in the morning. However other residents knocked on the door to get in to kitchen when we were in bed. Not enough small milk carts s in fridge for all residents. Housekeeping did not empty bins in kitchen on Tuesday as...

"We had a lovely stay at this property. The architecture in the suburb was so lovely. I have been to Perth before but usually stay at an hotel in the city si was so pleased to see the heritage cottages in the area. The parks were so close too. Delightful experience. Marcia"

"This property is basic but has all that you need for a short term stay. It's clean, tidy, value for money, close to the city and has free parking which is rare around the city area. Highly recommend."

"Throughout our stay we had spiders in our bed and roaches in the living room. There was worms on the wall. House was in need of a pest control and outside area needed to be cleaned properly, bathroom tapes were all rusty and hard to open and close. When both showers in use the 2nd shower upstairs water pressure completely dies out. Garage remote doesn’t work at times you have to shake it around and hope it works. Only one set of keys were given even though it’s a 3b house and 4 adults. "
