"The water views are very nice. I stay at Old Harbor Inn several times a year and it's always been a positive experience. It's very quiet there if you're a light sleeper. If there's a problem, staff are quick to fix any issues or concerns. Highly recommended. That being said, if you need an outlet make sure you get a larger room. #40 does not have an outlet near the desk. :0( A small price to pay for a pleasant stay."

We were about a mile from downtown South Haven, so our hotel was away from the crowds and traffic. The hotel is about 1/2 mile from I-196, so there was no road noise. When they say tiny cabin they mean it. So just be aware that if you are into "glamping" it might not be for you. Musty/mildew smell from the bath (I think) permeated the space as did the smell from the refrigerator. Not unexpected from a trailer cabin in the woods. Bright spots included WiFi, coffee, tea snd snacks...

"Charming hotel in the heart of SoHa, but rooms are very small, floors squeak, and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations…. Staff was awesome and so was breakfast…"

"Great place to stay!"

"We couldn't find the hotel. The address listed brought us to a dark empty parking lot. We went to another hotel instead."

"My whole experience at Yelton Manor was one of magnificence. The manor was a stones throw away from the beach off of Lake Michigan of which I think would be a big draw for their business. Manor not shy of sitting rooms filled with books, chairs and beautiful air flow. After 2 days of walking and exploration, it was nice to get lost in the sitting room loft i found outside my room. Fortunately, I went on an off season, so my stay was greeted by the Manor all to myself. I felt like a king! ...
