"The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. You can't get to a floor without tapping your card on a sensor inside the elevator and then pressing your floor number. Super cool!! Only odd thing is housekeeping comes every...

"The property itself is very nice and modern. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The property is also very quiet. No noise from upper floors or outside. The room was nice but, wasn’t very big. The size was for ok 2 people but, would be cramped for more than that. The room views aren’t great but, for the price, it’s tolerable. It’s about a 10 minute trip to downtown St Joe, which isn’t bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"Check in was long, no people for the first 10 minuts. The room wasnt clean, sheets wasnt new. There was food on the floor and ants. The pool was closed and there was no breakfast at 730 am in the morning, due to staff that didnt show up. I was very exhausted after a Very long flight from Denmark. I went to bed and didnt go down the same evening, but I took photos. I was told the manager would be there at 9 am. He wasnt there till 2 pm. Very dissapointet with the stay "

"Very nice hotel, well appointed first floor dining area and lounge, pretty decent equipment in the health club, indoor pool was small, but I did not use it given that it was sunny and in the mod 80's both days I stayed there. Staff was friendly and helpful with the few small issues that I did have. "
