"Beware!! Do not rent this accommodation with VRBO. This is not a legitimate listing on here. We were scammed!!! We turned up and the managers knew nothing about our booking and had never used VRBO to rent it and it already had a long standing tenant there. It was a nightmare for us having to find alternative accommodation late at night after spending the whole day travelling there. It was a further nightmare trying to get the money back."

Seulement, un carré de jardin non attenant situé à 50 m du logement non clos, qui appartient à la commune et non aux propriétaires. "Nous sommes restés seulement 2 nuits et pour cela le logement fait l’affaire. Le tarif est avantageux et l’hôte arrangeant. Quelques point peuvent selon moi être améliorer cependant :- bien que propre dans l’ensemble le ménage mériterait d’être un peu plus poussé.- un paillasson ou tapis manque à l’entrée nous sommes arrivés sous un week end de pluie et difficile de garder le logement propre sans cela. - les volets ferment mal difficile d’obtenir une obscurité conséquente pour notre fille. - le...

"Arrived to be greeted by Marie who showed us around the property, very friendly. Showed how to operate the pull cover and to contact her if any problems. The owner Henri lives in another house to the rear of the barn rental. Lovely man who would clean the pool early in the morning and check with us all ok. Would definitely stay here again, short run into Ruffec for supplies at either of the two supermarkets. Thanks for a great holiday😊"

"We had a lovely weeks stay in Hobogite. The place was clean, cute and comfortable. I cooked alot during our stay as digestive illness and intolerance makes eating out tricky, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
