"They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell"

"I could sit on the porch forever. There is a wonderful bubbling stream 10 yards in front of the tiny home which is nestled at the foot of a mountain ridge and surrounded by old growth trees. Nearby Erwin provides easy-to-get-to groceries and supplies as well as The Groovy Smoothie. Just 15 minutes across the North Carolina border you find Mars Hill which has some very nice restaurants. The tiny home was just as advertised. The host, Jennifer, made sure I was content throughout the stay."

"This place was so nice and clean! Brand new appliances and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is on the outside of town, but still convenient to a grocery store and Dollar General (both less than10 minutes)."

They provided helpful clear directions, shared fun historical stories about the property, and have all of the local suggestions on what to check out. "Had an amazing stay at the Hideaway cabin. It was cozy, comfortable and just what we hoped for. Fantastic scenic views nestled next to running creek and secluded forest. Perfect place to relax also conveniently located to Erwin and Asheville. Absolutely awesome hosts with a genuine concern we had the best experience possible. "

"There were no windows I the living space; however, this could not be helped. The furniture in the living are needs improvement. The sofa sinks so low, standing is difficult, the chair too stiff. Basically the apartment was furnished like a dorm room with furniture of marginal quality. The location is great located in downtown."

"The property is clean, unique, and spacious. It’s an old building so it has its quirks, low water pressure and a loud A/C, so loud it’s hard to talk over. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location is great and parking was easy."
