"The staff made arranged out of house dining and the transport to the Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple and drop-off to the railway station. The property is great to stay at and the staff helpful. Well, the property is located out of the city with limited travel and dining options."

"Lovely property. Amazing staff. Great food. Only hiccup is distance from the mahakal temple . Need to take auto everytime. Other than that no complaint. Highly recommended "

"Hotel is very conveniently located for temple visit any time of the day. Autos are always available outside the hotel even at 2 am. Hotel staff is very helpful in meeting your needs but the bathroom and in room service needs improvement. WiFi service is patchy."

"Excellent staff, helpful and polite. Really liked the location. Loved the humble people of Ujjain. There is Shree Ganga restaurant at 5 mins walk where we enjoyed food options."

"This is a great hotel. Very clean and nice. I suggest carrying your own toiletries because what they provide is not very good. The service is great. Location is also very very convenient. "

"Property wise everything is okay but price is too high. Expedia is doing fraud charging 1500 hundred more than offline booking. Also Expedia is posting totally incorrect information like free parking available but there is no space for even bike."

"We ended up settling for night after moving into the room third time. First was so much full of foul smell that we refused to take it, the second they moved us to, when we turned the light, the cockroaches were running around in the room, the washroom shower lines were so dirty, eroded with rust that we wouldn’t want to touch them.
