"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I did not receive the room I had originally rented, and the room I was given was dirty upon arrival. I also found bugs in the room, which made it feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff was dismissive and unwilling to provide a reasonable accommodation. "Room was not very clean. The bed cover had a nasty looking yellow stain on it. The bathroom fan doesn't work. There was an open panel in the bathroom ceiling with the wires to the fan dangling down. The room did have a mini fridge and a small TV."

"The breakfast is done in the Hotel next to ours, they are own by the same company or person. It was one of the better breakfast that I have had with lots of hot and cold varieties of items. There was a few items in the room that need attention to fix and I let the staff know and and they where aware and waiting of parts to fix those items. Good facility for the price if you want to same $100 and not have the pool and a newer room like they are next door."

"This location is not managed like a normal motel. When we opened the door to our room, the bed was unmade and you could see the garbage can overflowing in the bathroom. There wasn't an easy way to contact the motel. Luckily the office was opened. We were advised that housekeeping missed the room and were asked if we could wait an hour.
