"This house and location was incredibly awesome for our group. Plenty of space inside and outside. The house was in perfect shape and we had zero issues with anything. Have stayed at many rentals and never had the type of over the top service from our host, Becki. She was super helpful and made our trip that much more enjoyable "

"Wonderfully relaxing and peaceful. Loved the porch swing and close proximity to the water. It’s a quiet area but that’s what we wanted. Clean & well-appointed, rooms were a bit smaller than we were expecting but they were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was superb: modern and fully stocked. The hosts thought of it all, even a frozen pizza and bottle of wine were there on arrival. Hospitality A TYSM"

"If you are looking for a peaceful, clean place to relax near Columbia on the Albemarle Sound. then Bay House is your place. Our family of 4 spent 7 nights there and enjoyed it tremendously! We spent a lot of time at OBX so there is some driving involved but we saw a lot of the area, including seeing 3 bears along the way. We did not have any issues with our stay and Janna even helped us arrange some water sports rental since we were not familiar with area!Thanks Janna and Justin!"

"The area is completely secluded for a quiet get away. Your host Karen is very attentive to your needs. The apartment was furnished with all the necessities that you think you may need in regard to toiletries and kitchen supplies. The apartment overlooks a beautiful bay of water. You can sit on the deck with your coffee weather permitting. "

"We chose this property for a quick getaway to celebrate a birthday. It was a good choice. The house is well-appointed and very cozy. With one bathroom, it was perfect for the two of us although there were beds for four more. We appreciated the dog-friendliness of the house and the neighborhood. It rained most of the time we were there, but we were so comfortable that the rain only added to the charm and coziness.
