Like all other resorts, Margaritaville is surrounded by low income that require some sort of transportation to get around. It’s real out here in these streets! "Vi boede i en bungalow direkte på stranden og det kan helt klart anbefales at betale det ekstra for at stå op til denne fantastiske udsigt. Der er god plads på standen og eventuelle gæster fra Krydstogtskibene får ikke lov til at optage pladsen. Direkte fra stranden er der gode muligheder for snorkling i roligt vand. Og der er masse af fisk, havskildpadder, blæksprutter mv. Den tilhørende bar og restaurant kan også anbefales. Værelset blev gjort rent hver dag, fejningen af terrassen var en smule...

"It’s been ten days since we came back from our trip from St. Thomas. I still find myself dreaming of the moments we spent on that balcony with stunning views throughout the day . The location of the resort is so convenient to so many beaches as well as restaurants and to the ferry. The condo supplied everything we needed as well has extra treats in the fridge. "Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Wonderful and cozy little huts, beautiful view, super lovely communal outdoor kitchen area. And the managers Marc and Laurie were just great. We saw hummingbirds, fed wild tortoises 🐢 and studied hermit crabs. And on the beach nearby we saw two turtles while snorkelling. Water Island and this campground is really resale worth visiting 😊😊😊"

"We had the most incredible time here! Jo and Loren are the nicest hosts, and made us instantly feel like lifelong family. You can’t go wrong staying with them! Fantastic drinks, great food, and amazing company. We snorkeled off the boat to a nearby shipwreck that they suggested. We cannot wait to get back to the USVI and stay with Ragamuffin again!!!"

"We stayed here one night before taking the ferry at Red Hook to the British Virgin Islands. It was a great location, only 5 minutes from Red Hook, and a quick walk to the beach. Check-in was very easy, and the place was spotless."

"We loved this house! We spent hours on the porches and by the pool enjoying views and breezes. The sunsets were stunning. Watching the cruise ships come and go was very entertaining. Everything was very clean and the interior decor was well appointed. We would definitely rent again."

"I had a fantastic stay at Bunker Hill with my Mrs and two daughters aged 5 and 9. Reading the reviews I was a bit concerned about how secure we would be and the state of the hotel, but it all turned out to be exaggerated and we had a fantastic stay at Bunker Hill. The family spirit from the front desk to the kitchen and Nephew Thomas assisting was truly amazing. The hotel is very well placed for tourists (in particular Danes wanting to see some historical sites). So can only recommend this place and you are certainly in good hands with the hotel providing assistance on tours etc. "
