"Isolated. Led to believe it was on the beach and it was not. Had to pay taxis 20 to 40 dollars to get to restaurants and entertainment. Charged extra for a third person and no sleeper sofa. My adult daughter's had to sleep together. No airport shuttle or to anywhere except a substandard Isolated piece of beach and only from 9 to 5. Small cramped cabin, I could stand in shower and brush my teeth in sink. No gym. I have pictures of cabin."

"The space, room and amenities were excellent!! Our room was more than I expected. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. We had a great welcoming and introduction to the property. Their dining options were exquisite!! I would stay here again and highly recommended!"

"Property has 2 areas, the one was a quiet adult only spot and it was awesome. Place was very clean, close to everything in the “downtown” area, restaurants, shops etc. We were right on the beach, chairs, umbrellas and towels were clean and available everyday! A coupe of things we didn’t like…. Room has laundry, after first night we had to ask for more detergent every time we went to use it. Second they are stingy with towels. "Villa del Mar is nicely located close to the beach on grace Bay, just behind Grace Bay Club, which you walk through to get to the beach, where Villa del Mar has their own area with service. Apartment was well equipped, aircon rather noisy though. Wifi worked mostly ok, but was sometimes slow. "My wife and I stayed for 3 nights this week and The Grace Bay Club is AMAZING!!!! We are avid travelers and enjoy staying at very nice resorts. We actually were booked but canceled our reservation and left another luxury hotel that rhymes with Fitz because of horrible service there. I can’t say enough great things about the facility, the amenities, the views and especially the people at the GBC!! If you want the best place to stay in the Turks and Caicos, this is it!! Special shout out to Fitz...
