"The house was everything that it is advertised to be. When we arrived, we found it very clean and spacious enough for five adults and two dogs. The hosts were considerate and extremely gracious. The farm is picturesque, chickens and goats look very well cared for and added to the charm. …no worries if you are not an animal lover, the goats and chickens stay far enough away that you can simply not take any notice of them. The beautiful village of Millbrook is just 4 minutes down the road...

When we pulled up my husband thought I was crazy for booking a glamping site near someone home & my teenagers rolled their eyes at me….but we had the BEST time here!! "The walls and floors are not well insulalted so you can be in the peoples conversation (who lived there 3 of them)want to or not.I asked for ear plugs andt they didn't have any n were mad that I asked. They were cooking in kitchen @9:30 in the evening making diner with lots of noise.. My room was up 5 steps n the room next door thin walls . The place was not clean. "Our family converged on Salt Point from Minnesota, NYC, and Vermont. It was a chance for my husband and I to rendezvous with our East Coast kids for Thanksgiving in a comfortable, gracious setting. It was ideal. Rachel's home is wonderful. It was perfectly appointed for our Thanksgiving and for everyone to be comfortable and yet have room to not be on top of each other. I have stayed at many VRBO homes. This tops the list."
