"This place was perfect. Very spacious, clean, beautiful backyard, and all the toiletries and kitchen supplies you could need. Definitely recommend for a big group. Host was super nice and communicative without being overbearing at all."

"We had a beautiful room. The staff and owner went above and beyond to assist us and accommodate our schedule. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. "

"I'll gladly return.. lovely place, great host !"

"Great space, wonderful kitchen, bonus of large fenced yard for the dog and an amazing river view! Owners were very communicative and a pleasure to work with!"

"When we arrived the Septic Tank alarm was going off. We called, the property manager came right away, and contacted the owner. Employees from a Septic Company came within a few hours and verified it was an alarm malfunction, and that there was nothing wrong with the tank or the pump. They fixed the alarm the next day. There was little disruption to our stay.We appreciated the response of the owner and the property manager."

"Beautiful spacious home allowing for individual privacy as well as space for our large group to eat dinner together and socialize. Property was clean and well maintained. Information was lacking regarding use of the security system, availability of pool and kitchen towels, availability of small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender...). Communication via text with the owner about these items was quick and complete. We were told the refrigerator had an ice machine however it was...

"We were traveling with our two dogs..one being a senior dog. They gave us a room in the adjacent building on the second floor with 12 steps. It was awful trying to get my dog up and down these stairs every time we had to take them out. The hallways are dimly lit and dark walls. Very weird. The bathroom shower door wouldnt shut. We had to walk to the adjacent building for vending, ice, breakfast in the rain. I wouldn't stay here again. Can't say whether food was good or not. I didn't eat but...

"I felt a little abandoned by the manager because she had very limite hours when she was available. The was pleasant and responsive when we did see her, but . . . Bathroom was clean and all, but design didn't allow space for a woman to lay out makeup and personal items. Very limited. Beds were very comfortable. Glad to have frig and microwave."

"We love it ♥️"

"Very nice old school Vermont motor inn. Dated decor, but all clean and well maintained. Except the shower. The shower was clean, but even with only a few people in the motel getting consistent hot/cold water was difficult. Literally our only complaint. Very good location to downtown, too. Only about 4 1/2 miles from Bennington College if you are visiting."

"Perfect for the price. An old place and decor is straight from grandmas summerhouse, but clean and all was working. Wifi is free. The Hilton in Walton we just left, charged $15 per day."

"We enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice and clean"

"Fine for a nights stay"
