"Even though the view was amazing, i would not return to sound view. The receptionist who check us in, was borderline rude and not very helpful, the hotel over all was worn (don't trust the pictures) and the amazing view was screened by how dirty the windows were. I know it's difficult to keep windows clean from the sea breeze, but birdshit can and should be cleaned... "

"The hotel had a good vibe and energy! Lots of artwork and was very charming. It has a bed and breakfast feel to it. The parking is behind the hotel and free and convenient. It’s right on Main Street and walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The staff especially James was warm and friendly and accommodating. We had a great time checking out all the cool lounge areas in the hotel. The room was clean and charming as well. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Greenport"

"We had a 2 bedroom. It was tight in the rooms. It met our needs for a couple of nights. I thought it was expensive based on its location behind a boat marina."

"The room was clean and the staff is always wonderful. Parking was a nightmare because of the festival which had nothing to do with the hotel. My only issue is the breakfast , I wish it had a little more so I don’t have to go down the street to get something to eat . Honestly it’s not even an issue we will continue to stay here because it is a very nice hotel"

"What a great place , hidden gem on North Fork! it would have been nice if the Resturant was opened. We will be back"

"Skønt lille hotel i søde Greenport. Meget enkel men fin morgenmad og adgang til snacks, soft drinks og the/kaffe. Hyggelig lounge hvor vi spillede spil og lyttede til gamle LP plader. Feriestemning."

"Wonderful stay! Will definitely be back!"

"The owners are the sweetest people! Location is great, our room exceptionally clean, pool great, and amenities fantastic! I look forward to returning."

"Wonderful experience! Beautiful grounds and property. Lovely, knowledgable host. Definitely want to go back"

"I have never written this before but the pictures you see do not do this property justice. I just loved this apartment. It had all the essentials. Hoping to stay again in the future. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beautiful beach."

"We had a wonderful stay in Greenport! The location was absolutely perfect, and one of the things we loved most was being able to walk to town and the beautiful harbor. Everything was so conveniently located, from the charming shops and wonderful restaurants to the lovely waterfront, making it easy to enjoy everything Greenport has to offer without needing to drive. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful Greenport getaway!"

"Ferry lane parking was new to us. Had never seen such a concept."
