"The place was nothing fancy. But isn’t amazing budget option for a solo traveler if you’re planning on not spending your time at your hotel or lodging location. I was there for a couple planned hikes. This met my needs entirely, even though I had a couple noisy suite mates. Overall a very good option."

The cabin was clean, the owners were friendly and responsive, and the property had a little dock and kayak access. The beds were super comfortable, the grill had a full propane tank, and the small kitchen had all the necessary utensils. We planned our meals knowing there was no oven or stove. Overall, a nice cabin at a reasonable price."

"It's a very unique concept of shared bunkhouse. We were very fortunate to be the only ones booked in at the time. It definitely has a homie feel. The kitchen and the living room. "We stayed at the lodge in July. We brought our own kayaks and left at the shoreline. We had a couple excursions paddling past the locks one day, and the next day to to the island in Kiwassa Lake for lunch, fishing and a swim.Location is close enough to walk into town for dinner and shopping. My husband enjoyed a rainbow trout at the RiverTrail beer works. Host was on property and available to help us."
