"Our room was clean and comfortable. Had a large assortment of food for breakfast and the server made sure everything was well stocked and area was always cleaned up after people left their tables. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! Will definitely choose this hotel next time in Rochester area!!"

"When we arrived they were overbooked so they did not have the room we reserved so they upgraded the bedroom to King suite. The pull out bed was a bit gross when we unfolded it there was two pellets of what looked like dog food on the centre of the bed. They also brought us pillows with no pillow cases. The only good thing was the person was quick to respond to providing us with the items. Kids like the hot tub/pool. Breakfast is really basic. Disappointed by the selection. Otherwise area is safe...

"Great location. Walkable to town. Nice and spacious. Could have another bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Description didn’t say it was on the second floor. Lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a bit challenging. But would definitely stay there again. Liked the decor. Very clean."
