"The lake was beautiful, and the neighbors were so kind and hospitable. The house was a little different than the photos online and wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. We still had a great time! The deck was very nice (note: you do have to cross the road to get to the waterfront). Overall, good stay for the price. "

"Came down from Maine for a wedding… kind of a whirlwind trip. This was the perfect little spot to lay my head - not too far from the church or even Rochester for that matter. Nice and clean. Warm heat and hot water. Private back porch/entrance. Got breakfast twice from The Edge at Lugia’s right down the road - food was EXCELLENT (Egg Benedict Sammie w/dipping hollandaise was terrific). "This home is really beautiful, overlooking Lake Ontario. We loved the waves crashing on the rocks as we rested at night. House is well stocked and beds are very comfy with quality linens. Our grown up kids enjoyed the hot tub which was nice to have. We loved the little beach and our dog had a great time playing in the sand. "We had a lovely stay for my son’s graduation at RIT. Great little place to gather as a family for hang time and dinner. Loved the endless sounds of the lake and beautiful sunsets. Not too far from everything."

"Clean and cheap for the most part. The comforters had stains on them but other than that it was very clean and hotel smelled fresh. I would stay here again. "

"It was perfect! Close to good dining, easy to get to campuses and shopping. There is even a wonderful natural health food store right outside which is perfect for me. We had cuisine from 3-4 nationalities over two days. The new coffee house next door is so amazing we almost missed our train grabbing cups to go!!! Try the Dubai Chocolate!!!"

"We were there for a short time, but this is a large hotel without feeling crowded. The lobby and courtyard are so cute and a great place to enjoy the included breakfast!"
