"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

Very warm and welcoming and worked perfectly for our family get together for Thanksgiving There was a lot of snow the day we arrived and Dennis and Lisa checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely, which meant a lot to us. There is everything there that you might need during your trip. I am hoping we can make this our annual location for our family. "

"Slow check-in. The entire facility, including common areas and guest rooms, is dirty and worn out. It is so run down, with maintenance obviously negligible, it will take a major renovation to restore it to a 5 star hotel. All carpet is disgusting and should be replaced. One of the two elevators has been out of service for the last two days. I challenge anyone to look inside the elevators and view how beat up and dirty they are. "

"Great breakfast and location to strong museum. Pool was cloudy and had to shut down one day during day time. although 4 year old had great fun and made friends. Bunk bed not comfortable, bunk bed room very tight not a lot of space for 2 and 4 year old to move around."

"Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and...

"This is a great spot for a quick stay. Was here to look at colleges. I would suggest getting larger bed sheets to cover the mattress. The pool and the gym area was very clean. The breakfast was ok but they can offer non pork options."
