"Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed."

"This house was fantastic! super clean, so pretty - very well appointed - this was such a luxurious trip for us! Although I grew up in the Buffalo area I had really never spent time on the either of the Great Lakes - this home is RIGHT on the beach - so close to Lake Ontario. We had rainy weather so no star gazing - but the hot tub at night was a wonderful way to end our busy days! Really nice location, super comfortable home! "

"I had a suite with two bathrooms—neither of which were supplied with hand soap or waste baskets. They seemed to have been designed by someone who never actually used a bathroom. Tiny refrigerator hard to access."

"Property description said they had a Tesla supercharger there but on arrival it was some other charger that took hours and cost a ridiculous amount of money. Only rented this location for the charger and that was misrepresented."

"The location of the hotel was fantastic! Everything is close by. The one issue we had was with the setup of the room. There were no towels, soap, or glasses provided in the room. It looked like it was stripped clean. The front desk did help us out amd provide these things when we went down to speak to them. The AC in the room is also very loud and it runs the whole night."

"Close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast buffet was good, similar to most breakfast buffets. Coffee machine in room didn't work. Overall a good place to stay."
