"We had the best weekend ever at this beautiful, cozy home! This house was very clean and well kept and had everything we could have possibly needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We are already talking about coming back next year! Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The room was immaculate. Very well maintained. Loved the actual "glass" glasses in the room, the private toilet area, all the towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable. We had the morning breakfast which had the usual breakfast items that most hotels have. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated that especially after a long drive. Beautiful place in a lovely area!"

"Ski-ressort OFF-season was a great experience. Standard wingate (=very good and value for money) Nice village easy to walk to everything."

"The property looks like it's getting set up to be a great property to stay at, but still a lot of TLC needed in the rooms and community area. Our room was without any hand soap in the bathroom, no wash clothes only bath towels. There was very limited parking when we arrived (we were a bit later in the evening 10 o'clock) Lighting not very good. I think this property has great potential, but the little things like towels and hand soap, shampoo if (offering, etc.) should be available."

"Great property"

"Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast is only served on Sat/Sun. Plenty of parking. great place to stay when traveling g with dogs!"

"its a very cute place. enjoyed the pool and hot tub. many of the light fixtures do not work. the drain in the bathroom sink was EXTREMELy slow"

"Denny was readily available to answer my questions. Appreciated the restaurant suggestions he gave. Wildflower 16 was just the right amount of space for the 2 of us."

"Wonderful condo! Great location, perfectly described with lots of amenities not listed. Easy check in. Stacey is a great host and we look forward to staying again! Great off season value too. So nice to just relax but also lots to do!"

"I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk."

"Very nice hosts ! It’s more of a 3 minute drive to the resort but the condo was clean with lots of amenities ! Shampoos, coffee etc ! It be perfect in the Fall / Winter but with temps in the 80 s , it would have been nice to have AC but the fan provided did a nice job ! Can’t say enough with the communication and hospitality of the host ! 5 stars"

"“This place is absolutely awesome! The rooms are very nice and super clean. The hospitality was outstanding – welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great service.”"

"Very responsive hosts. Tidy and easy access. Thanks!"

"Great place to host multiple families with separate suites. Suite 102 could use a door or hanging curtain to separate the main bedroom from the shared bathroom and shower hallway."

"Very enjoyable stay…would definitely stay there again!"

"The Vrbo was great. Highly recommend if attending events nearby in Ellicottville or at Holiday Valley. The environment was pristine and quiet."
