There are multiple cottages on the property with grills, picnic tables, a communal fire pit, as well as docks if you will be bringing a boat. Rachel was very prompt at answering any questions we had. "The property is newly renovated and despite being on the main drag next to a very popular bar, it was quiet. The owners are very responsive when there was confusion with instructions and checked in to make sure things were going well. A great walking path is across the street. The hallway leading to the condo had a stale smoke smell from other tenants in the building which could bother someone with sensitivities. "

"A great place to stay close to the Stow Bemus Point Ferry. Check ferry hours as they don’t operate daily, even during summer season. Otherwise a perfect relaxing getaway that was close to the Allegheny Parks as well as Chautauqua. "

"Overall the house was good! Communication with host was fantastic! Location is good - just a short walk to the lake. House is a good size. Some issues we had - the listing does state air conditioning, which is true but only for the first floor. Bedrooms are on second and third floor and got very hot throughout our stay. Golf cart charger died so we could not use it. Everything else was great!"

"Good location, nice, quiet little town on north end of Lake Chautauqua. Short drive to Chautauqua Institute where we spent most of our time. Cottage was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. As a bonus the 4th of July fireworks were only a block away at the lake front and we could watch them from the porch."
