"My experience was atrocious, I came to spend the night, with my partner because I had a very important exam to take. We live 4 hours away.. I was studying all evening when we heard a disturbance at our door and it was a drunk man banging his head into his door(next door to our door) hoping it would open itself.. it was literally 2 in the morning , this persisted until about 4 am. "Beds could be a little better And breakfast definitely needs to improved and there's no coffee available at all in the entire hotel after breakfast hours. And the elderly lady with glasses at reception during morning hours was the best out of them all , very professional, courteous and helpful"

"Multiple shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Some things need to be updated but did not affect my stay, no coffee maker in the room, however there was a coffee station by the front desk. The bed was ok, the mattress was firm, which I like, and the pillows were decent. The price was perfect for what you get. The fitness center was great. "

"I received a message before that I would get two queensize beds and not one King. That is okay, but when I arrived the room I was given was with either a really smal kingsize bed or 1 queensize. The fitness center can only be used if you are either below 200 lbs (90 Kg) or don’t run but do a fast walk. It is nice with a store just next to the hotel, but other than that the area is a bit boring, but that is How it is. Buttomline is that I would probably never use the hotel again."

"The worst night I have ever had in a hotel!!!! The noise was absolutely ridiculous!!!! It was loud during the day all day and continued until 12:30 am the following morning! I brought my dog with me and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Lots of sketchy people hanging around and the WiFi was awful! 125.00 for terrible night! I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend this hotel!"

"When i arrived I was told the hotel was full. I had booked it through Expedia. They had sent me an email telling me the hotel could not honor my reservation - but alas I don't read email while I am driving!! So I was very disappointed. They offered to send me to a sister hotel in East Greenbush but that is where I had already driven through to get there - and I was heading west that next day not east.
