"The staff were amazing. I like the idea of the Spark hotels but this one had just opened and has some things to work out. First-they were overdoing cleaning with Fabulosa and our room stunk so bad we had to change rooms-the staff was very accommodating when changing our room. 2-towels were brand new/never washed so when you dried off with the towels you had little white fuzzies all over your body. 3-the floors looked dirty but it was just sloppy construction grout that was caked on the tile...

"Beautiful, clean and inviting house. Perfect for our 2 families of 4. Kids had a blast in the downstairs play area. Teddy was always quick to respond to all questions/messages. Everything was organized and easy to make our lakehouse getaway relaxing, enjoyable and fun for all. Highly recommend!"
