"Wonderful house, the room was spotless, comfortable bed and lovely lounge area downstairs (although I wasn't able to enjoy that part this trip I hope to in the future). Air conditioner was much appreciated as we are between seasons and it was hot that night. Host very helpful, parking in the rear could be a bit of a walk to the front door entrance for some people but you can always park, walk your bags to the front door then park your car out back. Try the baldwinsville Diner - 5 minute...

"This is a wonderful pet friendly property with a fantastic host! Bryan was most helpful and ensured a great stay! You will find the home very comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely book again when traveling to the Syracuse area."

"This was just the place for my solo time! The view was awesome, the place was cozy and the bed was amazing. The kitchen had everything I needed. I had a few concerns which Marc addressed promptly. Definitely would go back."

"This property was just beautiful! It was very clean and bright. It was homey. The beds and living room furniture were so very comfortable. The view of the park and river across the street was beautiful. We were in walking distance to food and drinks. Just minutes from the highway. Our host was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with. Always responsive. It was so easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this place. The pictures posted were true to form."

"Studio was clean and comfortable. Location allows for easy access to interstate roads."

"It works but place needs a major facelift. Driveway extremely tight & narrow, parking lot area broken asphalt & pot holes, trash bins overflowing. In house, shower is makeshift with partial board showing & min water pressure… think a water hose was simply connected to a shower head, pieces of shower tile & floors coming apart, thinnest TP ever, no shampoo, conditioner or soap, no where to hang towels to dry. Beds were comfy but no duvet cover on bedspread or 2nd set of pillows no pillowcases....

"Stay was perfect for parents of bride and groom after wedding at venue up the road. Only complaint was the upstairs bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely that wasn’t good! Otherwise it was nice"

"Gorgeous, sparkling clean, sprawling property in an incredibly safe environment. The restaurant close by is awesome."

"We had a terrific time. The home was so welcoming and comfortable. We celebrated Christmas with our family.Thank you very much Bob and Sharon"

"House had modern furnishings. It was clean and I liked that there was extra bedding and towels."
