"The property was nicely maintained. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub sun deck area could be maintained better. The hotel staff had a number of employees that appeared annoyed and bothered to help assist us with food, beverage and directions. Instead of feeling valued as a guest, a number of staff members gave off the impression of being inconvenienced with assisting our needs. The surrounding area within 20 miles offers beautiful mountain terrain with lakes and rivers nearby for day trips...

"This ownership doesn’t seem to really cater to its guests- for instance although being a hotel guest they charge you for one of the pools located on the premise same as they do for a non-guest. They also do not offer cocktail service unless you pay for the pool. It’s a bad look makes them look cheap and desperate for cash."

"I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk."

"Ellicottville is a great little town, even if you don't ski. Great shops, food and nightlife. Our stay at the Wildflower property couldn't have been better. The location is just on the edge of downtown and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and so welcoming for our dog and us. Our hosts thought of everything!"
