"Okay so this was quite the experience. I'm not really sure what i can say. First things first they need a sign directing folks to their site. It was long and time consuming trying to figure it out. "This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season. "Went up for a birthday weekend and it was the cutest spot!! very tidy, in a good spot close to everything walking or driving, the bar downstairs was very homey and has live music sometimes !!"

"Cute loft apartment with all the essentials. Apartment is well kept and hosts were very responsive. The location was great, practically across the street from holiday valley and town was about a 20 minute walk."

"Our stay was perfect. The property manager, Jess, is very nice and was very relaxed and accommodating. The home had everything we needed and then some. Lots of space to relax, amazing views, and very peaceful. "

"The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. "
