"The place was great! The only problem was one of the beds in the basement was falling apart but other than that it was amazing!"

"Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks for a great weekend!"

David thought of everything to make his guests comfortable and is accessible as needed. We were in need of a break from the everyday and this fulfilled that need perfectly. "This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season.
