"We booked the property to attend a music festival with college friends. This was one of the more unique rentals I've stayed in. It had all the basic amenities and lots of space, but what really sets it apart is the personality of the owners that comes through in the way it is furnished: cabin-chic and mid-century modern furniture. It's off the beaten path both literally and figuratively. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning."

"They did not tell me that they did not clean the room unless asked to. Figured this out after several days, but the room only came w/ 1 very small trash can. They had a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee cups. Once the upstairs room was occupied I could hear the occupants walking back & forth. "The room was spacious and clean. The property is conveniently located. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. The hotel allows dogs, which is not always easy to find. I wished the pillows had been squishier, but that's my personal preference. I also wished they provided hand soap for the basin. Otherwise, this is a perfectly fine place to stay."

"Et super flot og charmerende hotel, med flotte værelser i super flotte omgivelser.. dog var sengene på ingen måde noget at råbe hurra for - dobbeltsengen var gået i stykker og fjedrene i madrassen i enkeltsengen var sprunget. Mht. morgenmaden så var der ingen "varme retter" selvom der blev reklameret med kontinental morgenmad. Personalet var overordnet set meget søde - dog var der en af tjenerne som lignede Døden fra Lübeck.. men hey.. hun har måske bare haft en dårlig dag. "

"The property was very dated... run down fixtures,, bathrooms.. sink and bathtub missing large areas of grout.. they were discolored by age and usage and very unpleasing...We received no maid service for the 3 nights we were there..no fresh linens nor any fresh towels. The parking lot and entrance ramp are dated and full of holes and uneven pavement and in need of repair....Therefore.. a poor rating is being nice..."

"It was very clean, very very cute, you don’t have direct view of the lake from the porch but there’s a super cute little pond and the lake is a ten second walk from the cabin. If you’re worried about the AC don’t be, it works incredibly well and never gave us any issues!"

"Perfect for the price. An old place and decor is straight from grandmas summerhouse, but clean and all was working. Wifi is free. The Hilton in Walton we just left, charged $15 per day."
