"The general area is a dump, which sadly makes someone think that this Red Roof must also be a dump...but it's not. I stayed in the back building and the room was spotless, had a nice kitchenette that had a sink, fridge and microwave, which is more than I typically get in a room. Bed was comfortable. I didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and well-maintained. Exterior needs some work to make it look as nice on the outside as on the inside. I'd stay here again without batting an eye!"

Lo unico es que habiamos visto que habia un Dennys en el mismo estacionamiento pero al llegar (alrededor de las 10pm ya estaba cerrado) No hay nada cerca para comer. "My family and I stayed here for a night during HOF weekend and thought it was great. The location was perfect, check-in went very smoothly and the front desk worker offered valuable advice. We were also able to access the Lakehouse area, which was beautiful. My son and I played catch next to the lake in a spacious grassy area and the atmosphere added to the experience. As for the room, it was cozy, but clean and all three beds had firm mattresses, and we were pleasantly surprised to find...

"My sister and I were bicycling on the Erie Canal path through town, and found this hotle to be a perfect stop for us. We also enjoyed our short stay in Little Falls, a charming little city. "

"Freashly renovated. Smart lcd television in the room. Strong and stable wifi signals. Work desk with desk lamp. Heated mirror so the mirror doesnt fog up. Independent HVAC system. Great water pressure. Clean refrigerator and microwave. No weird smells. "

"Super cute and peaceful location! I have never stayed in a motor Lodge before, and the convenience of having your car directly outside the room is insanely nice. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free! "

"I booked this place more than a year ago and was a little skeptical upon exiting the freeway, but the stay was awesome. We were able to do our own laundry, the homemade breakfast was tasty and we got a kick out of thr uneven floor in our room. "

"This Inn is AMAZING. Tucked away in a small courtyard, it is a welcoming oasis with a cute creek beside it. the staff is totally warm and they treat you like family. there is a kitchen with goodies and a wonderful breakfast to boot. I will come again, just to enjoy the charm of this place. I went for the baseball hall of fame and it was fantastic!"

"Clean, odor-free. Comfortable, firm bed. Very little traffic noise. Room was small but adequate. Good value. Friendly reception. There are two diners in Richfield Springs, about 8 miles east; a surfeit restaurants in Cooperstown."

"I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I don’t think are cleaned often such as windowsills. Bed sheets towels and everything else was very clean. "Charming historic house, carefully renovated. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. It’s quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant. Also note Inn is not handicap accessible. Not a problem for us, but others will want to be aware. "
