"This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable."

"As soon as we arrived it was easy to punch in the key code and walk in. It was really pleasant when entering. The couch was nice and the bed was really cozy. We slept great. We walked into town for dinner and shopping. Perfect location for all those things and we walked over to the arboretum and hung out there for a bit. "Close to ski hill and town"

"We stayed here for 2 nights to ski at Holiday Valley, the location is great, just a 1 minute drive to the resort. The place was a very nice loft, clean, and everything you would need for a couple overnights stay with kids."

"Our stay was perfect. The property manager, Jess, is very nice and was very relaxed and accommodating. The home had everything we needed and then some. Lots of space to relax, amazing views, and very peaceful. "

"We absolutely loved this condo. The condo is well appointed and thoroughly clean. It was only a friend and I that stayed, but plenty spacious enough to relax and enjoy privacy. Owners are great to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Everything we needed was there."

"The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. "

"Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany. "

After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. "
