"We stayed 8 days and found the apartment reasonable. Things we found that reflected poorly were "Motel 6" quality of furniture, lamp switches that were broken, blinds that didn't work correctly, cabinet handles sticking out right over the sink which made washing dishes awkward. We really did enjoy the location, safety features of the building, gym, and other amenities."

"Stayed here with my husband and 3 kids to watch my nephew play at the dreams park. It was quiet, 20 mins to the park, and 15 mins to Cooperstown. The kids thought the loft was great. It worked well for 3 nights. Easy check in and check out. "

"The cottage was the perfect size for our family. It was decorated so beautifully, and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch and watching the bunnies run through the grass. The area was very quiet, but close to all Cooperstown has to offer. "This is a magical house and property! We stayed here as a family (and with another family) while our son played at Dreams Park and everyone from the kids, adults, and grandparents absolutely loved it! I am already hoping that our younger son gets a chance to play in Cooperstown so that we can stay here again in 3 years! "My son competed in the general Clinton canoe regatta, and we needed a place to stay for our extended family coming from Michigan. This place was perfect and we absolutely loved the little entertainment area upstairs with the shuffleboard. The house was very clean and in a great location! Suited or needs perfectly! Great space outdoors too! Unfortunately we didn’t have very good weather to take advantage of the porch and bonfire area but we could see taking advantage of it if we come back next...

"My son's baseball team was playing at Dreamspark and a few parents shared this house. It was very serene and about 10-15 minutes from everything we needed. The house was extremely well stocked and we had plenty of room. It was the perfect set-up for our group! Jean and Brian were very quick to respond, when we had a few questions. I'm very glad we were able to book their house for the week!"
