The covered porch was extremely comfortable for outdoor reading, but the best part of the trip was spending evenings by the huge fire pit in the backyard. It's ideal for making s'mores and roasting hot dogs. It's also only a 3 minute walk down the wooded road to the shared dock area which has incredible lake views, especially at sunset. "
