"Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Cabin is perfectly cozy, with exactly enough to be comfortable. Phone reception was mildly decreased, which was perfect for not falling into the phone but still being somewhat connected. Nestled in the trees, just far enough from the neighboring houses. We felt safe, even when our only light came from the fire pit. We missed our birding field guide, but enjoyed the various winged visitors all the same. Before we headed home, we stopped at the shore - max...

"Perfect camper for our one overnight while visiting family in town for a family reunion. Small and quaint, Very quiet area. Comfortable mattress and very impressed that there was AC in the camper! "

"We stayed here for a family reunion with a second house on the lake. This property was perfect location and comfortably slept 6 of us. It was clean and offered amenities that made our stay easy and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"

"Property located in center of Bemus Point, NY. It was exactly what I was looking for at Chautauqua Lake."

"The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place....

"From beginning to end the stay was perfect. The location was perfect, with the house being near all of the shops and restaurants while also being quiet. The bedding being in bags on arrival was great, as it provides peace of mind that the beds are fresh. The house, especially the kitchen, was more spacious than the pictures made it look. Our family (including 3 kids under 5) will definitely stay at this house again when we inevitably return to Bemus Point. "
