"Beautiful location and views. Apartment is smaller than seems in the photos (only ground floor). Small kitchen with limited tools so don’t plan on cooking big meals. Cozy with electric fireplace, but bring slippers for the cold floor! Overall great experience for the price "

"Perfect little cottage for a family of 4 looking to ski / board for a long weekend. Location excellent for catamount (10mins) and about 25 mins from butternut. 5-7 decent restaurants within 15 mins. Kids played in the snow in the backyard. Host was extremely accommodating and communication (didn’t have any issues so I didn’t really need him) was good for any questions. "

"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "

"The house was charming. Everything is clean and updated. Everything from the bedding, to the pots, pans, dishes, and towels were of very nice quality. As cold as it was, the walks by the lake were beautiful and peaceful and the firepit was a great way to end the cold winter days. Leticia was always helpful. "Vince and Natasha are great hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. Our priority was to get out on the water, so the canoe, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards were a huge hit. Would definitely come back for another visit. "
