"This property is a study in "deferred maintanance" - many things need to be maintained or upgraded. At one time I think it was quite nice but ownership has changed and the new management is letting things go and are not very helpful with questions. One has to figure things out for oneself. I did not feel unsafe, etc. but it was less than I expected."
