"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"This was my second stay at this location. In town for the Bills game and we get hit with lake effect. 32" in a few hrs. Dan plowed out the drive, shoveled the porch and left me stuff to dig out. Class act. "
